WGANJ Refund Policy

Refunds will be based on the ability of WGANJ to recover the funds from a golf course or vendor. 

Membership:

Membership dues will be refunded in full until April 30th only if the member has not attended any WGANJ sponsored events to that point.

Leagues:

Refunds will be issued in the following manner:  

100% Refund prior to April 15

75% Refund April 16 - April 30

50% Refund May 1 - May 31

0% Refund after June 1

Members may opt to either sell their league membership to another member for the balance of the season or to secure weekly subs.  If acquiring a sub or selling the balance of your league, payment should be exchanged between members.  Captains cannot be responsible for transfer of money.

If a member is experiencing extenuating circumstances and would like to request a special review, please inform your captain first and contact the WGANJ Board of Directors by emailing WGANJinfo@gmail.com  

Events:

Refunds may be issued for cancellation 14 days prior to the event.*

* If payment is made to the golf course/venue, full refunds may not be available. 

Trips:

Refunds may be issued for cancellation 14 days prior to the event.*

Refund requests may be granted based on hotel/venue policies.
