Travel League Program

Our Travel Leagues are designed for players who enjoy playing 18 holes at various golf courses throughout the NJ metro area, without the commitment of a regular, weekly league.

We offer three travel leagues for our intermediate, advanced, and confident general golfers. With up to eight to ten play days typically offered in a season for each league, you’ll have the flexibility to choose the courses that fit your schedule and skill level.

Intermediate Weekday Travel League

Players in this league usually score between 95-115 in an 18-hole round. A USGA handicap is encouraged but not required. This league encourages growth in your game. General Golfers are welcome to play in this league to see if they are ready for the next level of play.

Typical Courses: Rock Spring, Sunset Valley, and Bowling Green, among others.

Intermediate Weekend Travel League

This league is designed for golfers who typically score between 95-115 in an 18-hole round. As with the Intermediate Weekday Travel League, a USGA handicap is encouraged but not required. This is a great league for those who want to play on the weekend at area courses. General golfers are welcome to play in this league to see if they are ready for the next level of play.

Typical Courses: Black Bear, Farmstead, and Flanders Valley, among others.

Advanced Travel League

This league provides 18 holes of golf at premier and, often, private golf and country clubs in the NJ metro area. Play is friendly and fun, and also moderately competitive. A GHIN handicap of 28 or lower is required to play in this league. Play days are scheduled on either weekdays or weekends. This league encourages growth in your game and welcomes Intermediate golfers to step up and see if they are ready for the next level of play.

Typical Courses: NJ National, Fiddler’s Elbow, Basking Ridge Country Club

To participate in our Travel Leagues:

Go to Participate > Leagues, Events and Opportunities.
Make sure the Leagues tab is selected and scroll down to the Search filters section.
Click on the checkbox for "Show only Travel Leagues" and click "Apply Filters."
Each play date will be displayed with the details for the day - course, date, time. Click on the Register Now button for more info and to sign up. You can see how many spots are available on the Register Now button.

To be added to the Travel Leagues' email lists:

By signing up for the email list, you will receive notifications from the league captains when registration opens for each play date.

(Note: It is not necessary to pay anything until you register for each play date.)

Go to the Member Hub and scroll down to the Travel Leagues section.
Click on the league name you are interested in and continue through the registration process.
