Become A Volunteer
Join in and make a difference New faces and fresh ideas are always welcome. As an all-volunteer association, we always need assistance in keeping the organization running. Being part of the WGANJ team enhances your golfing experience and is a great way to make lifelong friends. Volunteer for as much time as you can - a half hour at an event, an hour a month, or more on a committee. We are glad to have your help! |

Here are some of the areas where you can volunteer:
If you have 30 minutes to help at an event...
- Welcome members at the registration table
- Help with setup or cleanup
- Sell WGANJ merchandise
- Set up the door-prize table
- Take photos to post on social media
If you have more time to give...
- Become a league captain or co-captain
- Assist with planning outings and special events

Join one of our Board committees - events, leagues, education, finance, etc.
- Recruit new members or mentor a new member
- Help with transporting giveaways from our storage unit to an event

*Log in to the website, click on your name in the upper right corner, then View Profile. Once in your profile, click on Edit Profile, then scroll down until you see "I want to volunteer for" in the Miscellaneous section. Make your choices and hit Save at the bottom of the screen.
