Fitness & Wellness Program

Registrants will be informed of the new date as soon as it is determined.
A free program designed to help you build a better golf swing
with agility, endurance and power.
You will also get to meet and catch up with other WGANJ members!
All sessions will be led by a fitness instructor with
integrated professionals such as
PGA instructors, chiropractors, and physical therapists
The program will consist of four 1.5-hour sessions (6-7:30 pm)
on Thursdays starting February 20
February 20: Flexibility, Balance & Stability
February 27: Common Injury Prevention and Treatment
March 5: Core Training/Posture/Spine Stability
March 19: Strength Training (upper and lower body)
